Shipping policy
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2 working business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
We use Australia Post for our parcel postage delivery service.
Potential delays can occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Cost of Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD$70 to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand.

Standard Postage
On all orders $70 and over = FREE
On all orders up to and including $69.00 = $10.00
Express Postage
On all orders $70 and over = $9.00
On all orders up to and including $69 = $19.00

Standard Postage
On all orders $70 and over = FREE

Direct pickup
We are based on the Sunshine Coast and after placing your order, you can collect directly from us in Buderim. Please contact us via info@twiggpuzzles.com.au or call us directly to arrange a convenient time and date for the collection.
International Shipping
We can offer international shipping, however you will need to send us an email here. We will then quote you for an international shipping cost in AUD. This can be paid through the online ordering system.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@twiggpuzzles.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
