About the artist:

Renowned paper artist Yulia Brodskaya was named the ‘breakthrough star’ of the 2009 by Creative Review magazine. Her modern take on the paper craft practice has helped her build an impressive list of clients in just a few short years (over 200 projects and brand collaborations with clients ranging from Neiman Marcus to Hermes, Issey Miyake to Wimbledon, Paramount Pictures to Balvenie among many others). In 2016 she also created a Forever® stamp design for United States Postal Service.

Fulfilling all expectations.

This is such a great puzzle full of surprises. My students are enjoying the challenges and the discussion of the themes that are emerging both in the shape of the pieces and the picture.

Stunning!

After doing the Tree of Life, I gave this one to myself for Christmas. A bad dose of COVID with complications meant I did not get straight to it. Once I started it I was obsessed. I found it quite a challenge, walked away many times vowing that I could not do it, and pieces were missing. Drawn back to it and little by little worked it out. The result is absolutely beautiful and I feel so proud of myself. A beautiful work of art. Thank you.
